Melmo survived a cancer scare. We had to remove 5 mammary tumors from her, but none turned out to be cancerous. We are now convinced that dog will live forever to haunt us. The other day she pulled the curtains into her crate and shredded one. Junior on the other hand is his melow self.
Brady is just about to crawl. He can turn over from his back to tummy, and from tummy to side ... almost back to tummy. He is rocking and moving his legs. Once he gets the arm thing down he is gone. We think he has begun the process of teething because the drool is amazing.
Mom and Dad are finally in their new house and seem to be close to settled in. I think the transition has been fairly smooth, although no new move is perfect. They are coming to my first freshman football game on Thursday. It has been really nice having them close to have dinner with and see. I know they love their grandson.
Nana and Papa Wight were in town recently, and it was nice to spend time with them. Nana is convinced Brady is the best behaved baby ever. I told her he is faking her out :) . Mom took a great picture of four generations of Wight men. See below.
Here is a picture of Betsy at her Masters graduation for her friend Michele to confirm who she is. :)
All for now.
